SHIPPING + RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm PST will begin processing the same day, excluding holidays.  Orders placed after Friday 3pm PST will begin processing the following week. While we endeavor to ship within 7-10 business days, Ninakuru hats are custom made to order, and may take longer depending on the style selected. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification with a FedEx tracking number.  Kindly allow up to 5 business days to receive your order once it is out for delivery.  We do not ship to PO Boxes. EXCHANGES

As Ninakuru hats are custom made and sized for each customer, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

LOST/UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If your item is lost in shipping, you must notify us within seven (7) business days upon receiving your confirmation email. If your item is undeliverable and/or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer/purchaser, a $25.00 re-stocking fee shall be deducted from the refund.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.  Upon review, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the shipping label, please return the damaged or incorrect item with the original box and packaging.  A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.  All goods must be unworn to process an exchange or credit for future purchase.
